Upon further questioning, the emergency-medical-services
personnel reported that the patient’s friends had confirmed that she
had discussed having consumed laser-printer toner-cartridge cleaner in

Five
hours after admission, the patient awoke and was able to follow
commands appropriately. The trachea was extubated 30 minutes later.
Seven hours after admission, she disconnected herself from the cardiac
monitor and demanded to leave the hospital. She was judged to have the
capacity to make her own decisions, and she decided to forego any
further evaluation. She left against medical advice (AMA).
So after leaving AMA and not knowing exactly what is wrong what is your best guess?
